The hotel was great and quiet, we would recommend. Superfriendly staff team with good customer service and kept the property fairly clean. In overall the room was spotless and with super hard bed.

The gym is excellent for hotel workouts.

The front desk was highly disorganized. I had a nightmare checking in because they misplaced my reservation. On top of that, the bartender almost charged me an outrageous fee for drinks! I felt completely taken advantage of here.

Ticuan is a fantastic spot! It's really close to downtown and the nightlife, perfect. The gym on the 4th floor is awesome too. The staff, especially at the front desk, were super helpful and accommodating. They managed to give us all rooms on the same floor and let us check in early. No complaints about the restaurant either!

Convenient stay with comfy beds

The reception staff are super friendly and usually have an English speaker around to help out. The free breakfast was decent, and I took advantage of the gym and spa services, both were really nice! But the shower kinda sucked. It barely got warm enough for me.

I spent one night here and liked the gym on the 4th floor. I was able to exercise after a long travel day, and the equipment was good enough for a complete workout. I also appreciated the room, spacious and had all the needed amenities. I had a bad experience with the staff at the front desk, who seemed unwelcoming and more interested in chatting than helping. They took too long to assist me.
